The Reed Warehouses is a commercial, offsite, records storage facility. We provide you with an efficient, secure and confidential means of outsourced record storage and management services.
ORGANIZATION
The Reed Warehouses manages your cartons by computer barcoding. At your request we can also barcode each file. This computer indexing is integrated with management reports that show you exactly what you have in storage, identify the cartons and their contents by date and span, and provide you with assigned destruction dates. Nothing is moved, removed, or destroyed without your specific instructions.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Security at our facility is maintained twenty-four hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays. The physical plant is protected with perimeter alarms, automatic fire protection, and an interior alarm system monitored by a manned central station. Access to records is limited to our administrator, staff and your authorized personnel only.
ACCESS
Unlike most warehouse operations, The Reed Warehouses will provide you with TOTAL SERVICE. We will retrieve any carton or document at your request and make it available to you by our van, courier or mail. Copy, phone, fax service, and e-mail reference services available at your request.
